PolyScape™ Plastic Lumber Warranty
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers the PolyScape™ plastic lumber product. This warranty applies to both residential and commercial use of the product, subject to the terms and conditions below. This warranty covers the following aspects of the product:

Workmanship: PolyScape™ will be free from material defects and workmanship, and will not rot, splinter, or be affected by termites, marine borers, or fungal rot for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.

Stain Resistance: PolyScape™ will resist permanent staining from common food and beverage items that may be spilled onto the surface of the product, such as condiments, salad dressing, tea, wine, coffee, and soda. K-Play® does not warrant PolyScape™ to be stain-proof, and does not warrant stain resistance to substances not properly cleaned with soap and water within one week of exposure.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover any product failure, malfunction, or damage that is attributable to any of the following causes:
- Normal wear and tear, weathering, fading, staining or discoloration of the plastic lumber boards or hardware due to exposure to sunlight, weather, atmosphere, chemicals, pollution, abuse, accident, vandalism, or use of product beyond its intended purpose or design.
- Movement or collapse of the ground or structure on which the product is installed.
- Exposure to corrosive elements or atmospheric contaminants, such as salt spray, salt air, chemicals, pollution, or biocides.
- Exposure to extreme heat sources above 130ºF, including extended exposure to reflected sunlight from low-emissivity (Low-E) glass.
- Application of paint or other surface chemicals not recommended by the manufacturer in writing.
